Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade in Melbourne, Australia.

What is the cost of shipping?
Delivery is a flat rate of $10.

Orders over $75 are free.

Postage is only available in Australia.

All orders are sent with Australia Post Standard parcel service.

If you require something sooner, please send us an email. For a small fee, we can organise express postage.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship, however our rope items are sewn and painted to order, so please allow 2 days to make and dispatch these items. If you need something sooner, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@chesara.com.au and we can see if we can get something out to you within your deadline.

What if I received a damaged item?
You will need to email hello@chesara.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order along with a photo of the item so we can review the damage.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We will happily exchange your product if you're not happy with it. Just contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@chesara.com.au and we will arrange another item. Refunds are only offered if the item is faulty. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order along with a photo of the faulty item and we will review it.

How do I take car of my linen bag.
Being 100% linen, you can still machine wash it at a moderate temperature and with a small amount of detergent. Refrain from washing the linen at a very hot temperature, as this might cause the bag to shrink. Flatten it out whilst damp to preserve its shape. To remove creases, iron it at a very high temperature whilst slightly damp.
